10-Week At-Home Pure Bodyweight
Who is it for?
Men and women who are just getting started on their fitness journey and don’t have access to a gym.
How many days per week?
You will work through three full-body workouts each week.
What kind of exercises?
Foundational movement patterns like squatting, hip hinging, pressing, and pulling make up the majority of the program. You’ll get the absolute most out of your training with no equipment required.
What else is included?
Each day of training will come with a warm-up, demonstration videos for each exercise, important cues from our coaches, rep ranges, rest times, and more!
Training is delivered via the Gifted Coaching App (Available on iOS & Android), powered by Trainerize. Immediately after subscribing, you will receive an email from Trainerize to setup your account.
