Created by GIFTED Coach Caroline Beebe, this free 8-week Training Template is designed specifically for women and is built around your menstrual cycle. This program aims to help women better understand how their hormones can affect their workouts so they can maximize their strength training. It is beginner-friendly but can also be great for more seasoned lifters who want to follow a different kind of program. To utilize this program best, start day 1 the day your period is anticipated to end. It will carry you through a general 28-day cycle. It’s okay if it doesn’t PERFECTLY sink up the first time.
