Kerri’s Bio

Kerri has been coaching since 2021 and specializes in strength training and nutrition strategies that are rooted in behavior change and habit formation. She is a national-level NPC Figure and Fitness competitor with five overall wins. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and is a Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Coach. She is also currently pursuing her CSCS certification and a Master’s in Health & Physical Education.

After transitioning out of collegiate cheerleading and overcoming her own struggles with disordered eating, Kerri dove into learning everything she could about strength training, nutrition, and the psychology behind behavior change. This personal journey fuels her coaching philosophy today: that mental health, mindset, and consistency are just as important as physical performance or aesthetics.

She is an experienced fitness coach who helps clients build muscle, improve body composition, and develop sustainable lifestyle habits through personalized training, nutrition, and macro coaching. She also coaches women in the Bikini, Wellness, and Figure divisions—guiding them from prep all the way to the stage. With over six years in the fitness industry—including a background in CrossFit and bodybuilding—she brings a wealth of both personal and professional experience to her coaching. Her mission is to help clients feel strong, confident, and in control of their health—while still living a life they enjoy.

10-Week Gym Jump Start

This program is for men & women who are just beginning their fitness journey or new to working out at a gym. It starts with 3 full-body workouts and progresses up to 4 workouts each week. Foundational movement patterns like squatting, hip hinging, pressing, and pulling make up the majority of the program. We want you to master the basics before moving forward to more complicated movements. Each day of training will come with a warm-up, demonstration videos for each exercise, important cues from our coaches, rep ranges, rest times, and more!

10-Week Pure Bodyweight

Men and women who are just getting started on their fitness journey and don’t have access to a gym. You will work through three full-body workouts each week. Foundational movement patterns like squatting, hip hinging, pressing, and pulling make up the majority of the program. You’ll get the absolute most out of your training with no equipment required! Each day of training will come with a warm-up, demonstration videos for each exercise, important cues from our coaches, rep ranges, rest times, and more!
