Maggie is a dedicated fitness coach and competitive bodybuilder with a lifelong passion for athletic performance, nutritional freedom, and human potential. With a background in sports and a deep understanding of discipline, she brings a fresh, personable perspective to the world of fitness coaching. In just two years, Maggie has rapidly built a thriving coaching practice by focusing on what truly matters: results, mindset, education, and equipping her clients with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed long-term. She specializes in helping young adults understand the power of nutrition, lose fat, build lean muscle, and, for some, step confidently on stage in competitive bodybuilding. Whether you’re just starting your journey or preparing for competition, Maggie delivers strategic, individualized guidance to help you break through barriers and transform both physically and mentally.

Outside of coaching, Maggie lives in the heart of downtown Toronto, where she balances her other colliding personalities. You may find her curating craft cocktails behind the bar, enjoying live concerts, arranging social networking events, and engaging in entrepreneurial development around the city. With a degree in business management, she is always on the hunt for a new project or challenge in (and outside) her fitness career. Maggie leads the way in breaking barriers in the fitness industry; you can live a healthy lifestyle and still enjoy life’s pleasures without fears or restrictions.

I’ve established a great routine and appreciate the flexibility to adjust my split and swap exercises as needed. My meal plan feels very personalized and it’s easy to stick to because you’ve taken my food preferences into account.
